Skateboard Board Yoga

A unique concept that I came up with a while ago when I first started teaching. I combined my love for skateboarding and Yoga into one awesome practice. Suitable for all ages and all bodies. Improve balance, flexibility, and core strength.

Hatha Yoga

Rooted in the ancient practice that was taught to my gurus in India and then to me.

Meditation

One of the most important aspects of meditation is breathing. Practicing Pranayama and using the body with specialized guidance can open the mind for an enhanced experience of reality.
